Iyengar –

Iyengar yoga is a pure style yoga from the 1960s that was developed by BKS. Developed by Iyengar in the 1960s and named after BKS Iyengar.

Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation to bring our attention to our breath, helping us to stabilize the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the manifestation of each moment.

Vinyasa-

Vinyasa yoga commonly known as “flow” class is often seen with “power yoga”.

This is a style of yoga that is characterized by a string of simultaneous postures so that you move forward, unified, one by one, using the breath.

Ashtanga-

There is a style of Ashtanga Yoga known as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This yoga combines the movement of the body with the breath.

In the 20th century, Shri K. Pattabhi Joyce and T. A style of yoga was developed by Krishnamacharya

Bikram-

Bikram Yoga heats up to 95 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit in a humid environment. So much so that it is also known as “hot yoga”.

The founder of this yoga is Bikram Chaudhary and the name of yoga is named after him.

If this yoga is done regularly, it is very beneficial for health and mental stress. It is very useful for treating the muscles of the body.

Kundalini

Kundalini yoga is also called “awakening yoga”. Brought from the west by Yogi Bajan in the year 1969 which is known as Laya Tari.

Yin –One of the most physically and fully disciplined yoga practices is called yin yoga.

A guide to foundational poses

Some of the physical methods we use are some of the methods that you can practice at home that you can practice comfortably as shown below. So let us know the details of all these poses

1. Downward-Facing Dog

Downward-Facing Dog (Adho mukh shwanasan) Asana is a position where the dog is lazily twisting. Hence it is called the low-faced Shwanasana.

How to do it :

  1. Sit in Vajrasana first then place both hands on the ground about 1.5 feet away from the knees and move both the legs back a little.
  2. Raise the waist while exhaling and keep the whole body on the arms and legs.
  3. Try to hit the ADO ground of both legs and hit the chin with the chest.
  4. Do this easily until the breathing stops.

2. Cobra pose

Cobra Asan is also called Bhujangasana.

This is called cobra yoga when the raised head and lower torso in this asana appear to have been bitten by a snake.

How to do it :

  1. First, lie down on your stomach and relax your body.
  2. Then bring both hands to either side of the shoulder and take a deep breath and lift up to the navel
  3. Keep the head tilted back and hold your breath
  4. Stay in this easy for 5 to 10 seconds in the beginning.
  5. Then slowly this can be done easily. And do this easy 3 times a day.

3. Tree pose

Tree pose is also called Vrikshasana because of its easy shape like a tree.

How to do it :

  1. First, stand up straight on both feet
  2. Then bend the knee of the right leg and support it at the base of the left leg. If you find it difficult to do this easily, support the wall.
  3. Then take a deep breath, spread both hands to the side, and stand up in a salutation posture.
  4. Hold your breath and stabilize your vision in any one place.
  5. Stay in this position for about 10 seconds. Then you can do the same with the other leg.

4. Seated Forward Fold

Seated Forward Fold (पश्चिमोत्तानासन)

This asana is also called Paschimottanasana or Ugrasana.

This is called Ugrasana because it is very difficult.

Special Note (Do not make this easy for those who have low back pain.)

And to make this easy special for those who don’t want to have back pain.

How to do it :

  1. First, straighten both legs forward.
  2. Place both hands on both knees.
  3. Taking a deep breath, spread both arms to the side, and move upwards. And pull the whole body upwards.
  4. Then, while exhaling, slowly lean forward and try to hold both toes with both hands.
  5. Slowly bring the head down and touch with both knees.
  6. Starting from 30 seconds and gradually this can be done for an easy 10 minutes.

5. Bridge Pose

Bridge Pose (Setubandhasana) This is easily shaped like a bridge or a bridge.

This is very simple easy so men and women of all ages can do this easily.

How to do it :

  1. First, go to bed across the back
  2. Then bend both the knees and move the waist and hips upwards, supporting the hands.
  3. Keep the head, neck, and shoulders on the ground, and keep breathing naturally
  4. Stay in this position for 6 to 8 seconds, then take a short break and do the same action again.
  5. Do this easy 2 to 3 times in the beginning

6. Cat-cow

Cat-cow easy is also called marjarasan.

How to do it :

  1. Sit on your knees.
  2. Keep the hands under the shoulders.
  3. Now exhale and bring the head towards the chest.
  4. Shape your waist like a bow.
  5. Stay in this position for a while.
  6. Then slowly return to normal.

Special Note (Do not do this easily if you have back or neck pain while doing cat-cow.)
